Abstract

Summary

The influence of fertilizer on apparent electrical conductivity (ECa) was investigated in laboratory and in field. Long-term experiments are well suitable to study the changes in soil organic matter and its influence on ECa, but also on-farm experiments over one season cause a variability in biomass and yield and consequently in electrical values.
