Abstract

Summary

In this study, we used a synthetic model. In the experiment, we carried out surface and cross-hole measurements so as to detect the corrosive region. The apparent resistivities with different levels were also compared with the real model resistivities for the four electrode arrays. Following this, inversion results were compared with the real model resistivities at the same depth. Finally, as a result of the synthetic studies, modification of the ASTM G57-06 standards were proposed.
