Preparation of New Hydrocarbon Traps in Serginskoye KhMAO LHR-Yugra Based on Geological and Geophysical Data

The existing fund prepared for drilling traps on 01.01.2014. According to NAC RN KhMAO exhausted and revision needed. Identification of new oil and gas traps, requires new methodological approaches from specific geological conditions and based on the current understanding on the terms.

Necessity of exploration fields shown in the example of Krasnoleninskoye and Serginskoye group uplifts, where on the basis of the interpretation of a complex technique geological and geophysical data are identified of a new objects. Complex of nature of reservoir distribution associated with interpretation techniques were included: revision of previously approved geological models; analysis and selection of informative seismic attributes; seismic analysis;construction and analysis of sedimentation.

As a result new oil and gas traps was performed, the resource base was extend and new exploration program for the oil company in the near and medium term was formed
