Abstract

Summary

In this paper we put forward the method of Multiples matched combined with B-spline based on Curvelet-domain Primary-multiple Separation. B-spline function is a kind of low order curve that is local smooth and easy to be controlled, which fits seismic data better. The certain-percentage curvelet coefficients of multiples are extracted as the base points, and the coefficients sequencies obtained when B-spline function is applied are more close to the real multiples. Then we can get matched coefficients based on B-spline function between multiples and B-spline through BFGS algorithm solving L2-norm constraint problem. Local smooth of B-spline function and the sparse character in curvelet domain are adequately used in our method. Numerical experiments have proved that the multiple matched combined with B-spline is an efficient method.
