Abstract

Summary

The reasons for sudden increase in H2S in some of the wells of a gas field located in the south west of Iran are investigated. In order to find the source of H2S, it is vital to understand how it is generated and produced. In terms of this, some mechanisms are contributed for H2S creation. Finally, the most probable mechanism was recognized.
