Abstract

Much theory has been written about knowledge management but there has been limited discussion about its practical benefits and how to implement it and deliver business benefits. David Lamb, Steve Nicholas and Chris Reddish explain how PGS Data Processing has been using knowlegde management theory to develop its own system.
