Exploration Geophysics

Exploration Geophysics is a hybrid open-access journal. Articles published from 2025 onward become open access after a six-month embargo period, or immediately for papers authored by ASEG members. Content published prior to 2026 remains available through subscription access. Topics span mineral, petroleum, mining, and environmental geophysics, with a focus on addressing real-world challenges in varied geological contexts. Published six times per year, the journal also presents special thematic issues and curated collections from ASEG conferences.
