B033 MONITORING AN ALTERNATIVE DE-ICER IN SALT CONTAMINATED AQUIFER USING ERT Summary 1 A new de-icer potassium formate was tested at a salt (NaCl) contaminated Kauriansalmi aquifer during winter 2002-2003. Electrical resistivity tomography (ERT) data was acquired 2002 and 2003 for mapping the geology of the area and for monitoring the effect of the alternative de-icer on the salt concentration of the groundwater.
