Abstract

P040 DEVELOPMENT ON GENERALIZED RECIPROCAL METHOD 1 Summary In this paper three new procedures are recommended to increase the accuracy of GRM interpretation. With the application of finer geophone-spacing in theory a more accurate determination of XY value is possible. The use of ellipse in the course of GRM migration is suggested also additional improvement of variable XY value along the profile. Introduction Several methods are known to interpret the seismic refraction traveltime data which can be applied effectively depending on the complexity of geological structures to be investigated (HAGEDOORN 1959 PALMER 1986 ZANZI 1990 BERNABINI et al. 1998 ORLOWSKY
