P045 CHARACTERISTICS OF MRS SOUNDINGS WITH SEPARATED LOOPS Abstract 1 The technique of Magnetic Resonance Sounding (MRS) with separated loops has sufficient signal amplitudes and good spatial resolution to perform high-resolution 2D surveys sensing the water content distribution. The volume integral gives the recorded response signal of a sounding curve over the NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) response at each volume element in the investigated volume i.e. the subsurface.
