All work is carried out in a purpose-built base camp with modern offices situated in Hassi Messaoud approximately 800km south of the capital Algiers. Groupement Berkine operates with employees seconded from both companies. Each staff technical position in the Groupement is performed on a rotational basis with employees working a 4-week-on / 4-week-off schedule.
