P21 NEAR SURFACE MODEL FOR REGIONAL LINES Abstract 1 This paper describes a case study of the evolution of the near surface model for an area in Saudi Arabia. Previous to the current acquisition program there have been many vintages of 2D seismic with datum correction statics being derived from many methods. Hence there has been considerable difficulty associated with the ties to the archived seismic data.
