Abstract
The Deformation Front of the Eastern Cordillera is defined on its eastern foothills<br>by an asymmetric anticline with steep forelimb (Farallones Anticline at Medina<br>Village) to overturned forelimb (Buenavista Anticline at Villavicencio City). These<br>structures may have transmited strains to the foreland.
