Status 2006 of the SIMAREP Process (Play Fairway Mapping) at PEMEX/PEP

SIMAREP is a process and software for analysis of the relative and absolute geologic probability<br>of play fairways and prospects. Maps of geologic probability typically come from parameters calculated<br>with petroleum systems modeling. These include the reservoir, seal, source, trap geometry (closure), and<br>timing & migration. SIMAREP is an extension to the ESRI ArcMap software and leverages the existing<br>ArcGIS licenses at PEP.
