Determination of the Groundwater-Surface Water Relationship by Using Electrical Resistivity Tests at Develi Closed Basin

Develi Closed Basin is located at the southern of Kayseri City in Turkey. Develi Closed Basin is the sub-basin of Kızılırmak Basin. Generally flood irrigation has been used in this basin, surface water resources are not sufficient to cover irrigation water requirement so groundwater is used for the irrigation. There is excess groundwater abstraction at this basin. If there is any relation between groundwater and surface water of Sultansazligi then this cause water scarcity at the wetland so this study introduces the studies about the determination of surface water groundwater intrusion
