Abstract

The efficiency of hydrocarbon (HC) exploration is closely linked to the optimisation of geophysical observations. A
rational choice of various geophysical methods will have the consequence of concentrating the most precise and
expensive techniques at the most prospective areas, structures and objects. Deviations from the rational above will
cause economically unwarrantable losses and make exploration more expensive.
