The statistical and wavelet analysis of density and susceptibility measurements of the Bellevue drillcore, Northern Lobe, Bushveld Igneous Complex, South Africa

We have collected and compiled extensive physical property data from the Bellevue borehole in the<br>northern lobe of the Bushveld igneous complex. Analysis of these data was performed using<br>statistical tools such as power spectra, wavelet analysis, and windowed histogram plots. This study<br>has revealed significant patterns and cycles that correlate both with rock type and subtle layering<br>within and between units. These results can now be used to investigate the layering process.
