Abstract

The Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) is one form of artificial lift system which is heavily in use in company’s oil wells,<br>others being Beam Pumps, Gas Lift and Progressive Cavity Pumps (PCP). PDO is managing some 800 ESP systems scattered<br>across North & South fields, which is expected to grow by 50% in the next five years business plan.
