UTAMA 2 Abstract 1 We performed a series of test on discrimination of rock sample lithology based on the knowledge of several physical properties of the samples which were measured under laboratory conditions. The lithology corresponded to common rock types and the discriminative parameters were physical media properties: density compressional velocity shear velocity thermal conductivity and electric conductivity.
