P074 BEAMLET MIGRATION USING GABOR-DAUBECHIES FRAME PROPAGATOR Abstract 1 Beamlet migration using Gabor-Daubechies frame propagator with local perturbation theory is developed and tested. The method is formulated with a local background velocity and local perturbations for each window of the wave field decomposition using Gabor-Daubechies frame. The propagators and phase-correction operators are obtained by one-way operator decomposition and screen approximation. The numerical tests on point-spreading responses and the SEG-EAGE salt model poststack data demonstrate the great potential of this approach applied to seismic migration.
