Abstract

Qatar Petroleum’s (QP) Gas Development Department and its Joint Venture Partners QatarGas (QG) and RasGas (RG) produce<br>natural gas and associated liquids from offshore wells drilled from production platforms in the super-giant North Field (NF). Qatar<br>is the world’s largest exporter and trans-shipper of LNG; gas-to-liquids plants will use NF gas to produce approximately 140,000<br>bbl/d of GTL products and 120,000 boe/d of upstream products in 2010.
