Abstract

This paper will highlight the best practices and lessons learned from Qatar Liquefied Gas Company<br>Limited (2)’s (QG2) development and implementation of an onshore Simultaneous Operations<br>(SIMOPS) procedure and organization. It will show the unique steps taken during the construction,<br>commissioning, start-up and operation of the world’s largest Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) process train.<br>These steps ensure minimal impact of simultaneous activities in construction and operation of a live<br>plant.
