Abstract

This article describes the evolution of TOTAL best practises in terms of seismic data QC during the last 15 years. This evolution takes into account the big increase of data volume acquired onshore, and most specifically in vibroseis acquisition. Task automation, standardization of QC, homogeneous database between different surveys & countries are the key words of this evolution.
