Abstract

In this paper we will show the AVO analysis of a strong negative amplitude anomaly over an Upper Cretaceous disconformity at the Ceará basin. The analysis of the available seismic volumes (NEAR, MID and FAR) and the petrophisic modeling in a deep water well of the basin, require the utilization of the NEAR and MID volumes for this study.
