Abstract

There are two situations that can motivate a GPR user to perform the investigation in a 3D mode rather than in the conventional 2D mode. The first case is when the 2D approach is not enough to achieve a reliable answer to a specific problem while 3D imaging has the potential for solving the problem correctly.
