Abstract

The model is to solve the problem of a complex evaluation of natural resources of Tatarstan. This major problem has several components: 1)evaluation of natural resources and reserves of varius kinds; 2) natural resources value estimating; 3) resource-type (single resource and overall) territorial zoning and ranking; and 4)ecological factors.
