The aim of this work is an evalution on a non stationary seismic stochastic process, built up from a model of<br>horizontal homogeneous layered media with frequency independent quality factor Q. The results is a timevariant<br>eficient operator, where it is not necessary the analysis of autocorrelation and crosscorrelation<br>functions. We demonstrate how the operation is enhanced by an equalizer filter for the higher frequency range.
