The technique of Ground Penetrating Radar can be applied to massive magmatic rock bodies in order to obtain information about the spatial distribution of fractures and veins. Information on the inner heterogeneities of the rock body has proved to be an essential tool to place the areas where the benchs will be cutted and squared into saleable blocks with maximum profit. The GPR constantoffset data is depth migrated and then interpreted to define the fracture system and the continous massive rocky body, which will give the volume to be economically exploited.
