Time To Depth Conversion By Multivariate Mapping

Abstract
The method performs a conversion of time migrated sections to depth. The algorithm distributes the samples of the time migrated section along the image ray (Hubral and Krey, 1977) for which the trajectory is in general different from the vertical ray, in the presence of lateral variations of the velocity field.
