Abstract
ELECTRICAL ELECTROMAGNETICS & GPR O10 - 05 RESISTIVITY ARRAYS IN THE DETECTION OF BURIED BODIES G. Apostolopoulos C. Orfanos G. Amolochitis K. Leontarakis S. Stamataki National Technical University of Athens School of Mining and Metallurgy Athens Greece Introduction The resistivity method has a wide range of applications (hydrogeological environmental and geotechnical). Recently the use of multi-electrode systems gave the chance for many and easy field measurements. These measurements with resistivity tomography interpretation approach have given models of the underground with fine definition of sedimentation or exact positioning of isolated bodies. The electrode arrays used have their own advantages and disadvantages
