B021 MODELLING OF THE CAPILLARY END EF- FECTS IN HYDRAULICALLY FRACTURED TIGHT GAS RESERVOIRS Abstract 1 The hydraulic frac stimulation is a common way to enhance the productivity of the tight gas reservoirs. However significantly reduced post-frac gas production rates were often reported as a result of less successful frac treatments. Damage to the tight gas reservoir caused by the invasion of the fracturing fluid filtrate can be a reason for this productivity reduction. The analytical estimations and numerical simulation of the invasion process presented in this paper show that the extended invasion zone and the appearance of the elevated
