Abstract

P052 LUMPED PARAMETER MODELS FOR LOW- TEMPERATURE GEOTHERMAL RESERVOIRS Abstract 1 Lumped parameter modeling which is known as zero-dimensional modeling is used most commonly at the beginning of the life of a field when relatively is known. Generally in all lumped parameter models the reservoir is described as a single homogeneous block with the production/injection rate and recharge flow specified. The pressure (and/or water level) changes in the reservoir are modeled by using mass and energy balances and therefore the potential of the field can be predicted under various production/injection scenarios. Several lumped-parameter models have been reported in the literature
