Abstract

P067 AUTOMATIC CHARACTERIZATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF EVENTS IN PASSIVE SEISMIC SURVEYING. Introduction 1 Passive Seismic Monitoring contributes to dynamic reservoir characterization. Interpretation of location and time of occurrence of microseisms in association with the exploitation activity makes it possible to understand the reservoir geomechanical behavior over time and then to identify the phenomena occurring during reservoir exploitation. This assumes an integrated approach taking into account the geological mechanical and petrophysical properties of main layers of the field from the reservoir up to the surface. The approach we developed includes a series of steps starting with management and processing of recorded
