P153 GEOPHYSICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF A RURAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE IN CENTRAL MEXICO. Abstract 1 A vertical magnetic gradient survey was carried out in the northern portion of La Campana-Tepozoco archaeological site within the Upper Lerma Basin Central Mexico covering an area of 74x55 m 2 . The resulting magnetic image was transformed to a digital raster image to enhance the main anomalies and isolate them from their non-archaeological surroundings elements. Filtering process applied to the resulting magnetic image outlined the horizontal position of interesting dipolar magnetic anomalies which presented a semi-circular lineament.
