Interactive Imaging and Interval Velocity Analysis in Complex Geological Areas

We present an interactive procedure forthe estimation of interval velocity models and the corresponding depth images. This procedure utilizes internal velocity analysis in conjunction with both prestack and poststack migrations and seems to yield reliable results. A major advantage of the procedure is that geological interpretation rnay be used throughout the process.
