The Program of Soviet Scientific Studies in the Framework of International Decade for Natural Disaster Reduction

The resolution of UN General Assembly, adopted in December 1987, calls upon the international community to strengthen maximally cooperation in mitigation of natural disasters in 90' s. National Program proposed by Soviet scientists in the framework of scientific part of IDNDR is briefly discussed
