Abstract
The actual point is a search and defining a bound on oil deposits and the increase of the efficient determination of water-oil and water-gas boundary at drilling. Electrokinetic phenomena are real reason of the advent of anomalous electromagnetic field for a seismic activity. Seismoelectric effect is classed among them. Direct and inverse seismoelectric effects are different from streaming potential and electroosmosis by the dynamic condition affect of stresses and the aplication of a alternating electrical fields. Seismoelectric potential value is the function of the number of the variables. The most of them are following: content of liquid phase, its composition and concentration, electrical characteristics of solid phase, structure and launching field frequency. (1, 2).
