f Evaluation of Turkish Natural Gas Law and Applications

In the presentation, sector activities which are now dominated by private companies through licences issued by Energy Market Regulatory Authority are reviewed. Licences issued by Energy Market Regulatory Authority for import, export, wholesale, storage, transmission, CNG, distribution activities are considered in quantitative terms and from the point of ownership. The problems encountered due to implementation of Law No 4646 and limitation of activities of public companies are examined and changes planned to be made in Law No 4646 are evaluated. Proposals for forming a vertical integrated public structure in petroleum and natural gas sector are made. Proposals are made for changes in existing applications.
