Abstract
In the work the experimental data on research of the temporary characteristics of fast processes IP in
the frozen iono-conducting rocks are considered. The dependences of temporary characteristics from temperature,
dispersion, initial concentration of electrolyte and humidity of models of frozen grounds received in
laboratory conditions are shown. The results of some investigations of an early stage of the induced polarization
(ESIP) of frozen grounds in natural occurrence are given. It is stated, that of frozen grounds of different
lithological structure have the various temporary characteristics ESIP. The given circumstance is a basis of
practical application of the method ESIP for the geocriological-engineering investigations.
