Estimation technology of the current formation oil saturation in the boreholes on a base of the pulse neutron logging method applications

To quantitatively estimate the coefficients of the current oil/water saturation of the forma-tions under development, the possibilities of a pulse neutron logging as well as a carbon/oxygen one were analyzed. The possibility was shown for operative estimating of the formation oil saturation of the terrigenous composition independently on the formation fluid salinity. The examples of the ef-fective application of the methods were presented for different geological-and-technical conditions.
