Modeling large hydrocarbon fields with herogenous sections and non-typical reservoirs

A large field, long under production, with reservoir structure stages and pool types varying in the field is used to highlight problems and discuss problem solutions that are related with large geoscience data amounts and diverse logging data sets accumulated during the long field life history. The logging data were used at the very early stage of the model building. Complex field geology with different reservoir types required a different approach to the reservoir modeling.
