The study of the natural and artificial vertical jointing using the methods of the borehole seismic survey

We consider the results and some of the VSP technologies used for the investigations of the Lower<br>(Middle) Carboniferous fractured reservoirs that are applied at the last stages of the geological prospecting<br>operations in Tatarstan. The optimization of the geological prospecting operations is provided by the<br>investigations aimed at the estimation of the carbon-bearing reservoirs fracturing parameters, prediction and<br>control of the formation frac, preparing the areas for the drilling of horizontal wells.
