P037 INTEGRATED RESERVOIR CHARACTERIZATION THICK-BEDDED TURBIDITES FRAM VEST FIELD NORTH SEA Introduction 1 Thick-bedded turbidite sandstones are major reservoirs throughout the world (North Sea Gulf of Mexico etc.). They have typically very good poro-perm properties and high net-to-gross values. However well logs and cores taken from such reservoirs generally show high net to gross massive sands with some interbedded shales that do not give enough information for a detailed well correlation. Furthermore in areas where the reservoir is thin (up to 40 m) 3D seismic data cannot resolve internal reservoir architecture. Therefore alternative reservoir characterization methods should be used to
