Selected Results of Seismic Modeling of Lower Permian Deposits in the Central Part of Mid-Polish Trough

The poster presents the selected results of seismic modeling conducted as a part of realization of a research project entitled: Improvement of the effectiveness of seismic survey in prospecting, exploration and appraisal of gas fields in the Rotliegend formations. The presented models where constructed based on the seismic data that was acquired as a part of the research project. One of the main problems of exploration of Rotliegend deposits is the imagining of the both its upper horizon as well as distinguishing lithological boundaries in the formation and below it. One of possibilities of distinguishing the real from false - multiple, reflections is conducting seismic modeling.
