Jokinen (Geological Survey of Finland) SUMMARY GTK has carried out landfill monitoring using airborne geophysics in Metsä-Sairila landfill eastern Finland. The project was conducted using geophysically instrumented aircraft with GTK's Three-In-One airborne system (i.e. simultaneous measurements of Earth´s magnetic field radioactivity and electrical conductivity). Purpose of the study was to make interpretation based on airborne measurements concentrating on to detect possible leakages as well as interpretation of bedrock fractures. Airborne total
