E026 Long-Period Slow Wave in Hydrocarbon-Water- Gas Reservoirs P. Krauklis* (Steklov Mathematical Institute RAS) & A. Krauklis (Steklov Mathematical Institute RAS) SUMMARY It is known that inside the layer sandwiched between two elastic half-spaces a slow long-period wave exists. This wave attenuates very slowly with the distance and radiates in the surrounding medium if the length of the reservoir is finite. Therefore it can be recorded by the surface geophones.
