Abstract
E032 3D Geologic Modeling of the Western Part of the Palaeoproterozoic Skellefte Ore District Northern Sweden A. Malehmir* (Uppsala University) H. Thunehed (GeoVista) & A. Tryggvason (Uppsala University) SUMMARY The Kristineberg mining area is situated in the western part of the Palaeoproterozoic Skellefte Ore District northern Sweden and well known for its base-metal and gold deposits. A pilot 3D geologic model has been constructed on a crustal scale covering an area about 30 km×30 km to depths of 10 km. The derived 3D geological model has an internal geometrical consistency with available geophysical data such as seismic reflection magnetic gravity
