Abstract
F001 Sedimentary Architecture of Late Ordovician Glaciogenic Sequences Tassili N'Ager Algeria R.J. Dixon* (BP Exploration) T. Patton (BP Exploration) B. Taylor (BP Exploration) J. Diggens (Infoterra) J.P.P. Hirst (BP Exploration) A. Hutchison (In Amenas Gas) & B. Roome (BP Exploration) SUMMARY An integrated study of spectacular outcrops in SE Algeria using remote sensing "ground truthed" by geological fieldwork. The results of this study have been applied to both exploration and production in the Illizi Basin (to the north of the outcrop belt) where the same sequences form important reservoirs.
