Diviacco* (OGS) SUMMARY Web based data systems for scientific research must consider the social aspects of Science. Modern Epistemology distinguish four steps in the innovation development: Problematization Interessement Enrolment and Mobilization of allies. While the first and the last have already been considered within collaborative systems the two central activities still need to be addressed.
