Campos-Enrique (Geophysics Institute Unam) SUMMARY We show the results of the application of the bi – dimensional discrete wavelet transform (DWT-2D) to well logging images (WLI) in the characterization from porous vugs and fractures zones. The WLI within which they are those of electrical images (the FMI EMI FMS ARI)
